Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mika Marketing Tools handles information when connecting to Google services through OAuth 2.0.

Information accessed

The tool may store OAuth credentials required to maintain an authorized session and may access data from Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager according to permissions explicitly granted by the user.

How information is used

Google user data is used only to provide requested account-management, reporting, analytics, configuration, and administration functions. It is not used for unrelated advertising, profiling, or resale.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored on private infrastructure controlled by the tool owner and protected using restricted filesystem and service access. Access is limited to operation of the authorized integrations.

Sharing and sale

Google user data is not sold. It is not transferred to third parties except when required to provide requested Google API functionality, comply with applicable law, or protect the security of the service.

Retention and deletion

Credentials and related operational data are retained only while needed for the authorized integration. The user may revoke Google access at any time through Google Account security settings. Credentials can also be deleted from the private server on request.
